Policy - Defective Item

DEFECTIVE ITEM

 

If you receive a defective item, you have 15 days from the date you receive your package to send us the following information by email at wholesale@bizou.com:

  •     Order number
  •     Store name
  •     Product code of the defective item
  •     Description of the defect in a few words
  •     Picture(s) clearly showing the defect

 

Once our customer service has confirmed that the item is defective, you will get a refund for the defective item.

We will process the refund using the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Depending on the financial institution you are dealing with, the refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days are between Monday and Friday. This does not include statutory holidays.

Please note that Bizou does not offer repair services.
